Orders and payments
You can choose from the following options for payment:
Payments via Credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple pay and bank transfer
Any inaccuracies in the invoicing must be reported by the customer directly to Tummy Tub, so that we can correct the amount.
All shipments will depart from the Netherlands with tracking for all parcels. If your package is not picked up at the collection point and sent back to us, the return cost will be borne by the customer.
Tummy Tub® cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment. We do everything we can to package the goods as well and safely as possible.
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he is renouncing his purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 7 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied, and instructions for use. If the returned product is in any way diminished in value, Tummy Tub® reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer.
All returned items are carefully examined. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the article as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may not have been used. If an item has undergone a depreciation due to the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the customer. The buyer must return the product within 7 calendar days (after delivery) in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original labels and in the original package back to the seller. The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) paid by the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the product by means of another product or refund.
In case of incorrect return in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product remains the property of the buyer. The latter can then be collected within 14 days from the seller or at the express request of the buyer or returned to the buyer at his expense. The risk of returning the product as well as the cost of returning it is borne exclusively by the buyer. If your package is not picked up at the collection point and sent back to us, the return cost will be borne by the customer
Articles purchased through the webshop of Tummy Tub® can be exchanged within a period of 7 days, after the day of delivery, on the condition that the product is unused, undamaged and has all original labels. Washed, damaged or repaired goods cannot be taken back. We also ask you to inform us within 5 working days that you wish to exchange a product.
The costs and risk for returning the products lies exclusively with the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product has been damaged by the customer, has already been used or if the reasons are unfounded. Sales or products in action cannot be exchanged.
We try to describe and clarify the offered articles as easily as possible on the basis of photos. If typical errors occur (material errors, mistakes), this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
The colours in the photos may also differ slightly from the real colours. Settings and the quality of your screen can have an influence on the incidence of light. We cannot accept exchanges based on colour deviations.

As stated by legal provisions, our products also have a legal guarantee.
If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 7 days after delivery.
Any compensation can never exceed the amount invoiced/paid to the buyer. Normal wear and tear, accidental or deliberate physical damage caused by the buyer to the product, the inability to submit an invoice of valid proof of payment and various negligence are express but not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.
