Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Shipping costs: We charge €6.95 in shipping costs per Tub.

  • Delivery time: Your order will be delivered within 4 – 6 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time in a timely manner.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship our products via PostNL, DPD or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.

Return Policy

  • Reflection period: As a consumer, you have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons. After revocation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
  • Return Procedure:
    1. Notification: Within the 14-day cooling-off period, inform us of your decision to revoke the purchase at contact@tummytuboriginal.com.
    2. Return shipment: please return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal to: AKF Plastics Nikkelstraat 18 1411 AK, Naarden Netherlands
    3. Packaging: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you.
  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed. If we have not informed you of these costs in advance, we are obliged to reimburse them.
  • Refund: We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Products that after delivery are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other items.

Warranty

As a consumer, you have the right to a sound product. If a product does not comply with the agreement, we offer repair, replacement or refund free of charge. No shipping costs will be charged for this.

Refund

We are committed to handling returns correctly and promptly. Once we have received and verified your returned product, we will ensure that your refund is processed as soon as possible.

  • Time Limit for Refund: The full purchase price, including any standard delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal request. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed with you. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

  • Exceptions: Please note that additional charges for a more expensive shipping option you choose (e.g. express delivery) are not refundable. Only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

  • Partial damage or use: If the returned product has been damaged or used in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, a depreciation may be applied. This depreciation may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the product is basically at your own expense, unless we have indicated in advance that we will bear these costs.

Delivery

We work with delivery partners to ship our products. These partners may vary from country to country. The responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. You will find the name of our delivery partner in the email you receive after your order has been processed at our warehouse. This email will also contain a Track-and-Trace link to track your order.
