  • Shipping costsWe charge €6.95 for postage per Tub.

  • Delivery timeYour order will be delivered within 4 – 6 working days. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you in good time about the expected delivery time.

  • Shipping methodsWe ship our products via PostNL, DPD or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

  • Thinking timeAs a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without stating reasons. After cancellation, you will have another 14 days to return the product.
  • Returns procedure:
    1. MeldInform us within the 14-day reflection period of your decision to cancel the purchase via contact@tummytuboriginal.com.

    3. PackagingIf you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the seller with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged to a greater extent than is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product.
  • Return costsThe cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. If we have not informed you in advance of these costs, we are obliged to reimburse them.
  • RefundWe will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

  • Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things.

Guarantee

As a consumer, you are entitled to a product that is fit for purpose. If a product does not meet the agreement, we offer free repair, replacement, or refund. No shipping costs will be charged for this.

Refund

We attach great importance to the correct and speedy processing of returns. As soon as we have received and checked your returned product, we will ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Repayment deadlineThe full purchase price, including any standard delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your request for cancellation. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

  • Payment methodThe refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed with you. No additional charges will be incurred for the refund.

  • ExceptionsPlease note that any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option chosen by you (e.g. express delivery) will not be refunded. Only the standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • Partial damage or useIf the returned product is damaged or used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a reduction in value may be applied. This reduction in value can be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

  • Return costsThe costs for returning the product are essentially at your own expense, unless we have indicated beforehand that we will bear these costs.

Delivery

We work with delivery partners to ship our products. These partners may differ by country. The responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. You will find the name of our delivery partner in the email you receive after your order has been processed in our warehouse. This email also contains a Track-and-Trace link to follow your order.
