Shipping

  • Shipping costsWe charge €6.95 for shipping per Tub.

  • Delivery timeYour order will be delivered within 4-6 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you in a timely manner about the expected delivery time.

  • Shipping methodsWe ship our products via PostNL, DPD, or DHL. You will receive a track and trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return policy

  • Thinking timeAs a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without stating any reasons. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
  • Return procedure:
    1. MeldingInform us of your decision to revoke the purchase within the 14-day reflection period via contact@tummytuboriginal.com.
    2. Return shipmentReturn the product within 14 days of withdrawal to: AKF Plastics Nikkelstraat 18 1411 AK, Naarden Netherlands
    3. PackagingIf you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging be damaged more than is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for this diminished value of the product.
  • Return costsThe costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. If we have not informed you of these costs in advance, we are obliged to reimburse them.
  • RefundWe will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Products which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Warranty

As a consumer, you are entitled to a product that meets the specifications of the agreement. If a product does not meet the agreement, we offer free repair, replacement, or refund. No shipping costs will be charged for this.

Refund

We place a high value on accurate and prompt processing of returns. As soon as we receive and inspect your returned product, we will ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Refund deadlineThe full purchase price, including any standard delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your request for cancellation. However, we may defer the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof of returning them, whichever is earliest.

  • Payment methodThe refund will be processed through the same payment method used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed upon. No additional charges will be incurred for the refund.

  • ExceptionsPlease note that any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option chosen by you (e.g., express delivery) will not be refunded. Only the standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • Partial damage or useIf the returned product is damaged or used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, a reduction in value may be applied. This reduction in value may be withheld from the amount to be refunded.

  • Return shipping costsThe costs for returning the product are generally at your own expense, unless we have previously indicated that we will bear these costs.

Delivery

We collaborate with delivery partners for shipping our products. These partners may vary by country. The responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. You will find the name of our delivery partner in the email you receive after your order has been processed in our warehouse. This email will also include a Track and Trace link to follow your order.
