1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Tummy Tub Recycle Program, organized by Tummy Tub Original, located at Nikkelstraat 18, 1411 AK Naarden, The Netherlands.
By participating in the program, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.1 Participation in the recycling program is open to individuals who purchased an original Tummy Tub through the official Tummy Tub website or an authorized reseller.
2.2 Only the first or second owner of the Tummy Tub can apply for the recycling program.
2.3 To participate, the participant must submit a Tub manufactured in the year 2025 or later. The manufacturing year can be found on the underside of the Tub.
2.4 The participant is responsible for correctly completing the return form and attaching the requested information.
3.1 The participant can return the used Tummy Tub by mail or by personally delivering it to the manufacturer at the following address: Nikkelstraat 18, 1411 AK Naarden.
3.2 Returns must be accompanied by the fully completed return form and, if possible, a copy of the proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for returning the Tummy Tub are at the participant's expense.
4.1 Upon receipt and processing of the returned Tummy Tub, the participant will receive €5 per Tub (maximum 20 units) in their provided IBAN bank account number.
4.2 The reimbursement will only be paid if the return form is correctly completed and the necessary information has been provided.
4.3 Tummy Tub reserves the right to refuse return requests if the conditions are not met.
5.1 The participant's personal data will be used exclusively for processing the return request and will not be provided to third parties without prior consent.
5.1 If the participant agrees, their name (or initials) and city of residence can be displayed on the Wall of Recycle Fame.
6.1 Tummy Tub is not liable for loss or damage during the transport of the returned Tummy Tub.
6.2 Participation in the recycling program is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
7.1 Tummy Tub reserves the right to modify or discontinue these general terms and conditions and the recycling program at any time.
7.2 Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated in a timely manner via Tummy Tub's official website.
8.1 Dutch law shall apply exclusively to these terms and conditions.
8.2 Disputes arising from or related to the recycling program shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
