Brainycloud Marketing & Design has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Brainycloud Marketing & Design is obligated to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.
Vimexx
We purchase web hosting and email services from Brainycloud Marketing & Design. Brainycloud Marketing & Design processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Brainycloud Marketing & Design has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Brainycloud Marketing & Design is obligated to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Mailchimp
We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data will be securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that show whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in that context.
Vimexx
We use Vimexx's services for our regular business email traffic. This party has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Mollie
For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and city of residence, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your package to you. We use the services of PostNL for carrying out deliveries. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
DHL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your package to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out deliveries. To do this, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and city details with DHL. DHL will only use this data for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement. Should DHL engage subcontractors, DHL will also make your details available to these parties.

Retention periods
We store your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to store invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will store this data for as long as the applicable period runs.
